Purina Animal Nutrition, the leader in domesticated animal feed, will be moving into 100,000 square feet at 15645 N. Lombard St. in the Kelley Point Distribution Center. The new space will be 25,000 square feet larger than its previous space, which was also located at the Kelly Point Distribution Center.
The single-story, 250,000-square-foot distribution building was constructed in 1992 in the Rivergate submarket of Multnomah County. It features 28 loading docks and two drive-ins, 24-foot clear heights and trailer parking.
This expansion comes after Purina’s partner, J.D. Heiskell & Co., announced back in March that it will purchase 50 percent of Golden State Feed & Grain from Purina.
Scott Murphy, Tony Reser and Tom Talbot, SIOR of Kidder Mathews represented the landlord, RREEF America and Equity Office. Brian Camp, Jeb Atkinson and Jess Andrews of ProVenture represented Purina.
