
C&C RiverRock Newmark recruited Anne Hinz to oversee its 8 million-square-foot property management portfolio in Northern California. The 27-year
commercial real estate professional will serve as an executive vice president in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Hinz is the former area asset manager/general manager for Paramount Group and was a key member of the team that repositioned One Market Plaza, a trophy, 1.6 million-square-foot
office building. She aslo served as branch director/senior portfolio manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California Client Solutions Group, overseeing its 18 million-square-foot office, retail and industrial building portfolio and supervising 20 employees.
Hinz is a member and immediate past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association and serves on BOMA’s Executive Board. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Managers. Hinz graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and earned her Certified Property Manager designation 17 years ago.
