Private Investor Pays $5.3M for Las Vegas Office

35,000-SF Class B Asset Trades Below Market Avg.

Rainbow Sunset Plaza LLC, a CA-based investor, acquired the two-story office building in Las Vegas, NV from a private investor for $5.25 million, or about $151 per square foot.

The class B 34,860-square-foot office/medical building delivered in 1987 at 2020 Palomino Ln. in the Central North Las Vegas submarket, across from the Valley Hospital Medical Center and minutes from the Las Vegas Premium Outlets. The asset houses many tenants; including, Bone & Joint Specialists, Cancer Consultants, Desert Radiologists, SDMI and Select Medical Corp., according to CoStar information.

Douglas Crook of Douglas L. Crook & Associates represented the seller.

Douglas Crook is currently handling the leasing efforts of the property.
