Private Investor Pays $1M for New Greyhound Bus Station Location

Dilweg Commercial Sells Restaurant Building in Raleigh

A private investor based in Clayton, NC acquired a restaurant building in Raleigh, NC from Dilweg Commercial for $1 million, or about $168 per square foot.

The property delivered in 2007 at 2210 Capital Blvd. and totals 5,997 square feet. The property will be the new location for the Greyhound Bus Station in Raleigh.

David Urben of Dilweg Commercial represented the seller in-house, while Ken Pennington of BPG Properties represented the buyer.
