N & B El Segundo Properties LLC acquired 1509 E. El Segundo Blvd. in El Segundo, CA, from Morton and Jerry Kahn for $2.7 million or $225 per square foot.

The property is a 12,000-square-foot masonry building completed in 1954. The site includes 12 surface parking spaces. The building includes a 12-foot clear height, two drive-in bays, power of 400 amps, 240 volts and 750 square feet of office space.
