Primestor, Unitas Pay $6.4M for Bonita Springs Retail Property

Pontus Sells 3,000-SF BB&T Bank Branch Bldg

Primestor Development, Inc., the development arm of Primestor Properties, and Unitas Trust, a California-based company, acquired the BB&T Bank branch building in Bonita Springs, FL from Pontus Capital for $6.4 million, or about $1,956 per square foot.

The single-story, freestanding retail building delivered in 2003 at 12851 Bonita Beach Rd. SE in Lee County. The building totals 3,272 square feet and is located directly northwest of Bonita Grand Crossings, a Publix-anchored shopping center.

Eric Wohl and Andrew Cunningham of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller. Daniel Chiprut of Newmark Knight Frank represented the buyer.
