February 2, 2018
Price Brothers Development, a Kansas City-based development firm, acquired the single-story, 178,198-square-foot industrial building at 16000 W. 108th St. in Lenexa, KS from Arrow Material Handling Products for $8.2 million, or approximately $46 per square foot.

The manufacturing facility delivered in 1985 on more than eight acres, and is adjacent to the 2 million-square-foot JC Penney Distribution Center. The building sports 36 loading docks, three drive-in-bays, 350 parking spaces and a 30-foot clear height.

The seller, a manufacturer of custom forklift forks, buckets and accessories, currently occupies the property, with additional locations in Virginia, California and Canada.

Cory DeLong, vice president of industrial brokerage of AREA Real Estate Advisors, represented the seller.
