Premier Holdings LLC purchased the 12,313-square-foot retail property at 205 N. Main St. in Branford, CT from Quatrella & Rizio for $1.55 million, or about $126 per square foot.
Delivered in 1993, the property had previously been home to Lenders & Fleet Services since 2005. Premier Holdings plans to use the property for its growing Subaru and Kia dealership. However, at this time the facility is being used for vehicle storage, according to CoStar information.
