Chris Powers has joined CBRE's occupied services group in San Diego. In his new role, Powers will serve as a vice president with the firm, specializing in aiding tenants with their real estate needs, including relocations, renewals, expansions and other dispositions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Powers was a vice president and tenant representation specialist at Cresa in San Diego. During his tenure in the commercial real estate
industry, he has represented clients such as Wells Fargo, Rockwell Collins, XO Communications, and Charlotte Russe.

Powers earned a degree in business administration and management from San Diego State University.
