W.C. Johnson LLC purchased the Poudre Valley Plaza office park at 1015, 1027, 1063 and 1075 W. Horsetooth Road in Fort Collins, CO, from Poudre Valley Holdings Ltd. LLC for $6.8 million or $112 per square foot.
The 60,645-square-foot office complex consists of four buildings. The properties all delivered in 1998.
