Goodman Real Estate Services Group Brings Retailer to Four More Locations in Ohio

Portrait Innovations recently signed four long-term lease deals in Northeastern Ohio. Bobby Benjamin of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC exclusively represented Portrait Innovations in all the transactions.
The retailer signed two deals in Summit County. A 2,500-square-foot, five-year lease was signed at the Arlington Ridge Marketplace located at 3200 S. Arlington Road in Akron. The landlord, Deville Development, was represented in house.
The second deal was for space in a new outbuilding at Developers Diversified Realty's Stow Community Center at 4338 Kent Road in Stow. The tenant signed on to occupy 2,070-square-foot for 10 years and plans to be open for business in mid-July.
In Cuyahoga County, Portrait Innovations signed a 10-year lease for a 2,430-square-foot space at the Mayfield Heights Towncenter located at 1281 Som Center Road in Mayfield Heights. Greg Slyman and Tony Visconsi of Kelly & Visconsi Associates represented the landlord, Larry Ottino.
In Richland County, a 2,350-square-foot, seven-year lease was signed in the Ontario Towne Center located at 2175-2355 Walker Lake Road in Mansfield. The landlord, C. J. Donley Corp., was represented in house.
