A private trust sold the 18,000-square-foot retail building at 338 NW 9th Ave. in Portland, OR to The Raymond Group for $3.125 million, or approximately $174 per square foot.
The Raymond Group purchased this property and the adjacent lot at 821-835 NE Everett St. as part of its plans to construct a new 10-story Hampton Inn at the location in Multnomah County.
