Wood Street LLC has acquired the Hawthorne Farm Properties Building B at 5500 NE Moore Ct. in Hillsboro, OR from Park Corporation for $3.125 million, or about $46 per square foot.
The 68,289-square-foot, two-story manufacturing building was constructed in 1988 on 3.1 acres in the Sunset Corridor / Hillsboro submarket of Portland's Washington County.
Howard Larson and Mike Thomas with Colliers International represented the seller. George Slevin with Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.
