First Citizens Bank sold Building A of The Village at Vista Ridge in Erie, CO, from private investor Village Vista LLC for nearly $1.03 million or $121 per square foot.
The single-story, 8,446-square-foot, multi-tenant retail building at 3120 Village Vista Drive was built in 2009 and is in the Northwest Retail submarket. Its 1.56 acres offers frontage on State Highway 7 and is close to Vista Ridge Golf Course and several residential developments.
Chris Jensen of Vista Commercial Advisors represented the buyer, while the seller was represented by Ken Westfall of Westfall & Co.
