Portco Packaging, a Vancouver, WA-based, high-end packaging manufacturer, has purchased the 158,826-square-foot manufacturing plant at 211 5th St. in Woodland, WA for $2.7 million, or about $17 per square foot.
The former Fleetwood Enterprises building was part of the sell-off of assets related to Fleetwood's Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing in March of 2009. Portco plans to move in and expand its existing manufacturing business at the location in Cowlitz County.
