Playboy Enterprises Inc. signed for 45,000 square feet of office space
at 9336-9346 Civic Center Drive in Beverly Hills, CA. The move will consolidate the company’s Glendale and Santa Monica offices into a single location about 10 minutes from the Playboy Mansion.

for the property in January and immediately commenced a renovation and marketing program to attract media and entertainment firms.
Playboy’s move, which is set for completion by next May, will mark the company’s return to the Beverly Hills entertainment business district after nearly 10 years.
