Picadilly Capital Buys Fully Leased MOB in Yuba City

Property Sells for $2.4 Million

Picadilly Capital Inc. purchased the medical office building at 350 Del Norte Ave. in Yuba City, CA, from Robert and Judy Peppercorn for $2.35 million, or approximately $176 per square foot.

The 13,340-square-foot structure is fully leased to Sutter North Medical Foundation. The two-story property was constructed in 1986 and renovated in 2005.

Ruslan Moroz of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, while Dan Kroner of Intero Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer.
