Dubai Firm Opens First U.S. Location in Sugar Land
Petronash Americas LLC, a Dubai-based engineering and manufacturing company, acquired a 40,000-square foot industrial building in Sugar Land, TX, from KW Industries for $2.27 million or $57 per square foot. This is the buyer's first U.S. facility.
The crane served manufacturing facility is located between National Oil Well Varco and Schlumberger, according to CoStar information.
Blake Gidson and Ashley Yoder of Colliers International represented the buyer, while Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Houston represented the seller.
