Built in 2001, the 264,149-square-foot, 10-story, Class A
office building at 6465 S. Greenwood Plaza Blvd. is on 6.49 acres. The structure holds a LEED Silver certification and an Energy Star rating for operating efficiency. At the time of sale the property was 92.4 percent leased to tenants that included JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America and United Healthcare.
