Office Building, located at 3630 S. Geyer Rd. in the Sunset Hills submarket of Saint Louis, MO.
The four-story, 118,700-square-foot, class A office building was originally built in 1987 on 4.3 acres in the South St. Louis County submarket. The asset is now fully leased, with Panera taking nearly 117,000 square feet in the building.
Steve Schmid and Rick Dames of Cresa in St Louis represented the tenant. Whitaker Varley of Duke Realty represented the ownership in the lease deal.
