Tom Palmquist has joined the retail team at Colliers International as a senior vice president in the firm's Minneapolis - St. Paul office, which has partnered with Welsh. In his new role, Palmquist will be responsible for creating commercial development, leasing and asset management.
Previously at CSM for the past five years, Palmquist oversaw commercial development plans. Before that he held positions at other firms in the Twin Cities area, including Ryan Companies, Robert Muir Company, and United Properties. He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate

Palmquist, who received his bachelor's and MBA from the Carlson School of Business, is involved in the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP), and Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).
