Priya-Ben LLC purchased the warehouse building at 700 Columbia St. in Riverside, CA for $2,339,155, or $65 per square foot, from a private party. The buyer will be using the property for their motel supplies distribution business.
Built in 2003, the industrial property measures 35,987 square feet on 1.7 acres, part of the Pacific Park located at the southeast corner of Columbia Ave. and Northgate St.
Herrick Johnson and Rocky Moran with Lee & Associates in Riverside represented the seller. John Seoane and David Nguyen of Lee & Associates in Ontario represented the buyer.
