PSEG Energy Sells Denver Office to Brookfield for $215M

Class A Asset Trades for $163 PSF

PSEG Energy Holdings sold the office building at 1801 California St. in Denver to Brookfield Office Properties Inc. for $215 million, or about $163 per square foot.

The Class A office asset totals 1.32 million square feet and was constructed in 1982 in the central business district. Formerly known as the Qwest Tower, it is the second tallest building in Denver.

Timothy Richey and Michael Winn of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado were the listing brokers.
