PNC Bank leased 10,650 square feet of retail and office space at Capital Plaza One in Orlando. The bank will occupy space on the first and second floor.
The 15-story, 243,297-square-foot office building at 201 E Pine St. was constructed in 1975 and renovated in 1998.
Catherine Reeves of Highwoods Properties represented the landlord, in-house and Scott Bell and Jeff Streep of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
