PM Realty Group promoted top office leasing agent Bill Weghorst to executive vice president and director of its southeastern region. The former senior vice president will continue to direct the leasing and marketing activities for PRMG's Atlanta portfolio including initiatives for One Glenlake, Embassy Row, Tower Place 200, One Capital City Plaza and the Davinci Building.
Weghorst is a 25-year real estate veteran who has closed leasing deals totaling more than 6 million square feet and $500 million in value. Before joining PMRG, he was senior vice president of asset services at CB Richard Ellis.
He is a charter member of the NAIOP Million Dollar Club and sits on CoStar's and Dorey's advisory boards.
