Pacific Medical Buildings (PMB) has promoted Jake Rohe as a partner and senior vice president of development, and Ben Ryan to chief financial officer and vice president of operations.
Rohe has played a major role in the company’s development projects with a focus on outpatient healthcare real estate development. After joining PMB in 2005, Rohe has been instrumental in the completion of over one million square feet of healthcare related properties. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and he has managed development projects from the inception to occupancy. Prior to joining PMB, Rohe worked at Voit Real Estate in Orange County. He received his degree from Cornell University.
Ryan joined PMB in 2011 after spending six years as a tax consultant with RPR Partners. He will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company and oversees the financing and loans for all of PMB’s projects as well as handling the financial statements and tax matters for the company and its related entities. Ryan is a California certified public accountant and he received his undergraduate and Master’s Degree from San Diego State University.
