Eduardo Trujillo and Andrew Gilpin joined Houston-based PM Realty Group's Washington, D.C. office as senior vice president of leasing and senior leasing associate, respectively. The two men were brought on to expand PMRG's leasing platform within the District of Columbia.
Trujillo is moving from Brookfield Properties, while having worked in the industry for nearly 30 years with Archon Group and Grubb & Ellis. While at Brookfield, Trujillo oversaw an eight-property portfolio totaling more than 2.4 million square feet of Class A office space in Washington, D.C.
Gilpin is leaving CBRE, where he represented office landlords and tenants in the D.C. area as an associate broker. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Auburn.
