ASI Holdings LLC acquired Owings Mills Industrial Park at 10330 S. Dolfield Road in Owings Mills, MD, from Ambec Realty Ltd. for $2.6 million or $60 per square foot.
The single-story, 43,200-square-foot industrial building is comprised of seven loading docks, three levelators and two drive-in bays.
Steven Cornblatt of Trout Daniel & Associates represented the seller and David Coyle of Community Investment Realty represented the buyer.
