Richmond, VA-based Owens & Minor, a medical products supplier, occupied the 515,000 square foot warehouse at 437-515 Tower Blvd in Carol Stream, IL.
Owned by LaSalle Investment Management, the 515,000-square foot Carol Stream distribution center was built in 1997.
The Virginia-based company plans to renovate the warehouse by upgrading the lighting and ventilation systems, increase the number of parking spaces, and add approximately 15,000 to 20,000 square feet of
office space.
