Orinda Towers Sells for $6.6 Million

Investor Buys 16,355-SF East Bay Office Bldg.

Moraga, CA-based MacKenzie Capital purchased the 16,355-square-foot office building at 89 Davis Rd. in Orinda, CA for $6.59 million, or about $403 per square foot.

The two-story building was constructed in 1983. The buyer plans to occupy 1,618 square feet in the multi-tenant property.

Whiff Collins, Dan Moylan and Betsy Zimmermann of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Lamorinda Development & Investment. Forrest Gherlone and Knute Bucklew of Newmark Cornish & Carey represented the buyer.
