Olympus Ventures added Fifth Third Center at 999 Vanderbilt Beach Rd. in Naples, FL to its portfolio in a $49,923,000 ($310 per square foot) deal with FTC Naples LLC, a joint venture of Edgemere Enterprises, Inc. and The Crawford Group LLC.
The 161,000-square-foot, eight-story, class A
office building was originally constructed in 2002, and is noted as the largest office building in Collier County. It is located at the northeast corner of US 41, and is home to multiple long-term tenants including professional law offices, Naples Executive Suites and Fifth Third Bank.
