Olympus Property Acquires 315-Unit Crossing at Daybreak Apt. Complex

Multifamily Investment Company Branches Out to Suburban Salt Lake City
March 7, 2018
Olympus Property acquired the 315-unit Crossing at Daybreak, which it renamed to Olympus at Daybreak, apartment complex in South Jordan, UT from TruAmerica Multifamily for an undisclosed price.

The garden-style complex at 4950 W. Frogs Leap Dr. comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 799 to 1,342 square feet throughout eight, three-story buildings. Olympus at Daybreak delivered in 2011 next to the light rail system and is the only apartment complex located within the growing 4,000 acre master-planned community of Daybreak.

Olympus Property is a full-service multifamily investment and property management organization founded in 1992 and headquartered in Fort Worth, TX. The company has a portfolio of more than 15,000 units in Texas, California, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida and New Mexico with an aggregate value of approximately $2 billion, according to their release.

“Our expansion into Utah offers new opportunities for the growth of our company. Olympus at Daybreak is the ideal asset for this expansion offering a highly sought-after community in a fast growing market,” said Anthony Wonderly, principal of Olympus Property.
