Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Torrance Hospital Independent Practice Associates inked a 25,168-square-foot new deal for office medical space at Continental Skypak, Building 10 in Torrance, CA.
They will occupy the entire second floor and a portion of the first and third floors in the 61,947-square-foot, Class A
office building at 23326 Hawthorne Blvd.
Steve Miller of Steve Miller Co. represented TMMC and THIPA. David Smith and Tim Vaughan of CBRE represented the landlord, Continental Skypark Corp.
