O'Malley Joins Colliers Int'l

Drew O'Malley has joined Colliers International in New York City as executive managing director. In his new role he will work with structured finance and joint venture developments.

Previously a managing director with the Bluestone Group, O'Malley brings many years of experience growing and developing New York City landlord agency groups. At Bluestone, he arranged more than $700 million in transactions. He has also held senior executive positions at Trammell Crow Co., CSFB Realty Corp. and DLJ Real Estate, to name a few.
