OH Firm Buys Cincinnati Office From Duke Realty

Kenwood Executive Center Trades for $3.9 Million

BRG KEC LLC, an Ohio-based property management, construction and real estate company, acquired a three-story office building in Cincinnati, OH, from Duke Realty Corp. for nearly $3.92 million or $72 per square foot.

Kenwood Executive Center is a 54,207-square-foot property was constructed in 1981.

Mike Sullivan of Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services handled the deal for Duke Realty, while Bruce Hellman represented the buyer.
