O’Bryon Joins Colliers International Cleveland-Akron as First Vice President

Former NAI-Daus Broker Brings Wealth of Office Agency Leasing Experience

Cyndie O’Bryon joined Colliers International last month as first vice president in the firm's downtown Cleveland office.

O'Bryon, who previously served as senior vice president at NAI-Daus, is an experieienced office leasing broker who has represented both owners and tenants throughout her career.

Before joining NAI Daus in 2013, O'Bryon was an associate director and certified advisor for Grubb & Ellis, which merged with Newmark Knight Frank in 2012. Her real estate experience also includes being part of the in-house office leasing team at Stark Enterprises, a Cleveland-based developer and building owner, doing tenant representation for Brandon Wiant Converse, now part of Trammell Crow Co., and even as a principal of a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, O'Bryon Larkman & Associates.

O'Bryon is accredited as a LEED Green Associate and Certified Green Broker, and an industry trailblazer as the first woman in Ohio to earn the SIOR designation. She also is a founding member of the Cleveland chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and served as a past president of the Cleveland chapter.
