Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. sold a two
office building business park in Durham, NC, for $36.2 million or $180 per square foot. Clarion Partners purchased the structures on behalf of BBH Real Estate Income Fund II.
Built in 2005 and 2007, the two four-story structures are part of Palladian Corporate Center at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Route 54. Palladian I contains 100,462 square feet of
office space at 220 Leigh Farm Road and Palladian I has 100,543 square feet at 240 Leigh Farm Road. The tenant roster includes the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Morphormics Inc.
