Columbus Retail Bldg. Trades for $5.9 Million
Northstar Realty sold the retail building at 1501-1515 Hilliard Rome Road in Columbus, OH, to David McCurdy for $5.9 million, or approximately $298 per square foot.
The 19,825-square-foot structure known as Georges Corner II was built last year and was fully leased, according to CoStar information.
Tony Sekulovski of The Sekulovski Group represented the seller, while Anthony Mollica of Anthony F. Mollica & Associates represented the buyer.
