North Bergen Mini Storage LLC sold the facility at 7020 Kennedy Blvd. in North Bergen, NJ to Extra Space Storage, Inc. who had been managing the property at the time of the sale. The building sold for $18.35 million, or about $196 per square foot.
The 93,664-square-foot self-storage building was constructed in 1970 and consists of 1,411 storage units, 1,303 of which were occupied at the time of sale.
No brokers were involved in the sale.
