Nexstep Beverages Expands in Houston

HE Capital Inks Renewal/Expansion at 1001 W Loop S

Nexstep Beverages signed an 8,537-square-foot renewal/expansion at 1001 W. Loop S. in Houston. The company previously occupied 3,048 square feet.

The eight-story, 223,340-square-foot office building was built in 1980 in the Post Oak Park submarket. It received renovations in 1999.

Nexstep, a subsidiary of Coca Cola, is the largest fruit juice and fruit drink producer in Mexico.

Conrad Bernard of Boyd Commercial represented the tenant. J.P. Hutcheson and Clint Bawcom with Capstar Commercial represented the landlord, HE Capital.
