Correction: New York City's Select Top Office Leases for Q3 2012

The following is an account of the New York City market's select top five office lease transactions for the third quarter of 2012.

The U.S. General Services Administration leased 349,852 square feet at One World Trade Center in the World Trade Center submarket. The Durst Organization represented the landlord, while Studley represented the tenant.

Chadbourne & Parke LLP leased 200,000 square feet at the Credit Argicole Building in the Columbus Circle submarket. Paramount Group, Inc. represented the landlord, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

New York Genome Center leased 175,692 square feet at 101 Avenue of the Americas in the Hudson Square submarket. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Amerigroup Corporation leased 165,029 square feet at 14 Wall St. in the Financial District. CBRE represented the landlord, while Studley represented the tenant.

Euro RSCG / Havas renewed its 159,412-square-foot lease at 200 Madison Ave. in the Murray Hill submarket. George Comfort & Sons, Inc. represented the landlord, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
