Cervalis, an IT infrastructure solutions company, has signed a long-term, build-to-suit lease deal at 10 Norden Pl. in Norwalk, CT.
The 167,691-square-foot, proposed Class A
office building will be built to serve Cervalis's needs as a data center and disaster recovery center. It will be built on six acres, part of the 37-acre Norden Park in the Norwalk submarket.
The construction is estimated to be complete by mid-2013, bringing the total of Cervalis's state-of-the-art operations centers to more than 470,000 square feet. The company has locations in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, president of Howard Properties, along with John Stoddard, CCIM, vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Cervalis in the deal. Jodie Dostal, director at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in CT, represented the landlord, Fortis Property Group LLC.
