NetSuite Inc. amended its lease with EOP-Peninsula Office Park LLC for its corporate headquarters at 2955 Campus Drive in San Mateo, CA. The company increased the size of the space leased by an additional 14,154 square feet, effective Feb. 9, 2013.
Through the inclusion of additional space (Suite 110), it now occupies 93,743 square feet of the 123,563-square-foot building.
The future base rent payments with respect to Suite 110 start at $40.80/square foot ($48,124/month) and increase to $48.72 and $57,465 respectively in 2019.
A year ago, NetSuite Inc. extended its lease for another seven years on its then existing space until August 2019. By doing so, it negotiated a rent decrease from a scheduled $63.88/square foot per to $40.20/square foot.
