National Realty Partners Adds 190,000-SF Shopping Center to Portfolio

Lee-Harvard Plaza in Cleveland Trades at $12.8 Million

Aberdeen, NJ-based First National Realty Partners purchased a 190,036-square-foot shopping center in Cleveland from Excelsior Capital Partners. Lee-Harvard Plaza sold for $12.8 million, or about $67 per square foot.

Built in 1949 at 4071 Lee Rd. and renovated in 2000, the single-story structure is 96 percent leased. Major tenants at the Class B center include Dave’s Markets, Family Dollar, Fifth Third Bank and Walgreens.

First National Realty Partners, a private equity firm, currently manages more than 1 million square feet of retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties, according to its website.
