Newmark Grubb Zimmer appointed Troy Nash to vice president and principal of the firm's public sector consulting practice.
Nash will help the Kansas City firm broaden its ownership ranks as it continues its strategic growth strategy. He boasts more than 15 years of real estate and economic development experience after serving as chairman of the influential planning, zoning, and economic development committee.
In addition to his work experience, Nash holds two Master's degrees in political science and economics from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law and an MBA from the Bloch School of Management, and is working towards a doctorate in education from St. Louis University.
Nash earned his bachelor's degree from Wesley College while serving in the United States Air Force.
