NY Liquidation Bureau Leases 43,000 SF

State Agency Signs 15 Year Deal

New York Liquidation Services, a New York state agency, signed a 15-year lease for about 43,138 square feet in the office building at 180 Maiden Ln. in New York, NY.

The 41-story building totals 1.19 million square feet in the Financial District submarket. Continental Casualty developed the property in 1984, and it was most recently sold in 2015 to MHP Real Estate Services and Clarion Partners for $470 million, according to CoStar data.

New York Liquidation Bureau’s lease includes the entire 14th floor and about 13,100 square feet on the 15th floor. Other tenants in the building include Stroock, True Entertainment and Holborn Companies.

Tara Stacom, Robert Lowe and Frank Cento of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord along with MHP Real Estate’s in-house leasing team of Jesse Rubens, Richard Doolittle and James Tamborlane.
