108 Prospect Street LLC acquired the restaurant building located at 108 Prospect Street in Stamford, CT from John Loglisci for $1.9 million, or $488 per square foot.
The one-story, 3,897-square-foot retail building was built in 1953 and is in the Stamford submarket. Court Square Cafe had held a lease there for many years, but finally closed its doors last year. The new owner plans on opening a Kosher, NY-Style deli in late spring or early summer of 2011.
Cory Gubner and Michael Weiner with RHYS represented the buyer, and Mark Fredericks of The Higgins Group represented the seller.
