NY Investor Buys Four Ohio CVS Stores

Portfolio Trades for $15 Million

Four Ohio CVS stores sold for $15 million, or approximately $346 per square foot, to affiliates of New York-based Kassin Sabbagh Realty.

The net leased drug stores, located in Richmond Heights, Sharonville, Kettering and Dayton, range from 10,000 to 12,100 square feet.

The seller, a private investor, was represented by David Clary and Zach Harris of Stan Johnson Co. Alex Sharrin of JLL represented the buyer.
