Londontowne Apts. Changes Hands
ABC Properties, a New York based full service real estate management firm, acquired the 690-unit Londontowne Apartments complex in Jacksonville, FL, from CLK Multifamily Management LLC $12.2 million, or approximately $17,600 per unit.
The 613,677-square-foot apartment community consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units in 61 buildings. It was built in 1967 in the Riverside submarket.
Bonnie Smetzer of JMG Realty represented the seller. There was no buyer representative reported at the time.
