NY EZ Property Holdings LLC Pays $23M for Flushing Property

The International Union of Operating Engineers Sells Current Bank of America Branch

NY EZ Property Holdings LLC, a New York-based developer, acquired the Bank of America branch building at 141-51 - 141-61 Northern Blvd. in Flushing, NY from The International Union of Operating Engineers for $23 million, or about $1,620 per square foot.

The single-story office building delivered in 1957 in Northeast Queens. The half-acre lot could support redevelopment with up to 67,989 buildable square feet at the site.

Stephen Preuss, Kevin Louie, Denise Prevete and Andreas Efthymiou of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. The buyer handled the sale in-house.
